Marketing is passion for me.  It allows me to tap into my creative and analytical minds  and a love for psychology to help inform the public.

There is a certain stigma around marketing as being soulless and corrupt.  And I confess there are a plethora of examples one could cite to make such a claim.  However, there is a world of good that marketing can provide.  Responsible marketing can help a business to grow or rekindle a passion for science.

My formal training as a Mechanical Engineer and Research Nanotechnologist gives me a tremendous advantage in this world, where data analysis and comprehension is so critical.

My philosophies for marketing and design are shaped by my scientific background and are as follows:

  1. Define The Goals and the Problems
  2. Understand what the Data is telling you now
  3. Use aesthetics to create compelling and efficient interfaces with the public
  4. Implement the necessary data collection tools
  5. Test and Retest. Test and Retest.
